356445f97a port: fix ring writer buffer overflow
Fixes the buffer overflow that occurs due to following;

1. When the input packet burst does not meet the conditions: (a) being
contiguous (first n bits set in pkts_mask, all the other bits cleared)
and (b) containing a full burst, i.e. at least tx_burst_sz packets
(n >= tx_burst_size). This is the slow(er) code path taken when local
variable expr != 0.
2. There are some packets already in the buffer.
3. The number of packets in the incoming burst (i.e. popcount(pkts_mask))
plus the number of packets already in the buffer exceeds the buffer size
(RTE_PORT_IN_BURST_SIZE_MAX, i.e. 64).

eb5f4119b2 port: add pcap file dump
Originally, sink ports in librte_port releases received mbufs back to
mempool. This patch adds optional packet dumping to PCAP feature in sink
port: the packets will be dumped to user defined PCAP file for storage or
debugging. The user may also choose the sink port's activity: either it
continuously dump the packets to the file, or stops at certain dumping

This feature shares same CONFIG_RTE_PORT_PCAP compiler option as source
port PCAP file support feature. Users can enable or disable this feature
by setting CONFIG_RTE_PORT_PCAP compiler option "y" or "n".

d4b42133d8 port: add pcap file source
Originally, source ports in librte_port is an input port used as packet
generator. Similar to Linux kernel /dev/zero character device, it
generates null packets. This patch adds optional PCAP file support to
source port: instead of sending NULL packets, the source port generates
packets copied from a PCAP file. To increase the performance, the packets
in the file are loaded to memory initially, and copied to mbufs in circular
manner. Users can enable or disable this feature by setting
CONFIG_RTE_PORT_PCAP compiler option "y" or "n".

3a52e64742 lib: fix cache alignment of structures

Consider the following code:

	struct per_core_foo {

	struct global_foo {

If __rte_cache_aligned is not defined (rte_memory.h is not included),
the code compiles but the structure is not aligned... it defines the
structure and creates a global variable called __rte_cache_aligned.
And this can lead to really bad things if this code is in a .h that

ea672a8b16 mbuf: remove the rte_pktmbuf structure
The rte_pktmbuf structure was initially included in the rte_mbuf

rte_pktmbuf into the rte_mbuf structure.

Advantages of doing this:
  - the access to mbuf fields is easier (ex: m->data instead of m->pkt.data)
  - make the structure more consistent: for instance, there was no reason
    to have the ol_flags field in rte_mbuf
  - it will allow a deeper reorganization of the rte_mbuf structure in the
