34d279906d table: fix next hop table entry type
Change type of nht field from uint32_t to uint8_t and increase max of
next hops.

nht_entry and nht should be declared as uint8_t because
entry_size is in bytes and is given as a parameter to compute
the position in nht array.

f1f7261838 lpm: add a new config structure for IPv4
A new rte_lpm_config structure is used so LPM library will allocate
exactly the amount of memory which is necessary to hold application’s
rules.

dc81ebbaca lpm: extend IPv4 next hop field
This patch extend next_hop field from 8-bits to 24-bits in LPM library
for IPv4.

Added versioning symbols to functions and updated
library and applications that have a dependency on LPM library.

5217261c6a table: add bulk adding and deleting
New functions prototypes for bulk add/delete added to table API. New
functions allows adding/deleting multiple records with single function
call. For now those functions are implemented only for ACL table. For
other tables these function pointers are set to NULL.

f71c7fc0b9 table: add name to LPM parameters
This patch relates to ABI change proposed for librte_table
(lpm table). A new parameter to hold the table name has
been added to the LPM table parameter structures
rte_table_lpm_params and rte_table_lpm_ipv6_params.

The LIBABIVER number is incremented. The release notes
is updated and the deprecation announcement is removed.

1129992baa port: fix unaligned access to metadata
Fix RTE_MBUF_METADATA macros to allow for unaligned accesses to
meta-data fields.
Forcing aligned accesses is not really required, so this is removing an
unneeded constraint.
This issue was met during testing of the new version of the ip_pipeline
application. There is no performance impact.
This change has no ABI impact, as the previous code that uses aligned
accesses continues to run without any issues.

3a52e64742 lib: fix cache alignment of structures
Include rte_memory.h for lib files that use __rte_cache_aligned
attribute.

Consider the following code:

	struct per_core_foo {
		...
	} __rte_cache_aligned;

	struct global_foo {
		struct per_core_foo foo[RTE_MAX_CORE];
	};

If __rte_cache_aligned is not defined (rte_memory.h is not included),
the code compiles but the structure is not aligned... it defines the
structure and creates a global variable called __rte_cache_aligned.
And this can lead to really bad things if this code is in a .h that
is included by files that may or may not include rte_memory.h
