The reorder library used sequence numbers stored in the deprecated field
seqn.
It is moved to a dynamic mbuf field in order to allow removal of seqn.

Since each version map file is contained in the subdirectory of the library
it refers to, there is no need to include the library name in the filename.
This makes things simpler in case of library renaming.
