f17c5d7abd net/igc: remove use of uint type 
Improve portability (especially with musl libc)
by replacing the non-standard type 'uint' with 'size_t'.

Below type of flows are supported:
ether-type filter, 2-tuple filter, SYN filter, RSS.
Update docs too.
