4ae49092fb examples/performance-thread: support C++ 
Lthread is awesome but it doesn't support C++.
So I write patch to support lthread to support C++.
Added "extern C {}" to lthread-headers

b700090c8c examples/performance-thread: mark as experimental 
This commit removes the performance thread example from
examples/Makefile, and marks the example as "experimental"
in the release note, and it its API headers files.
