For certain functionality, e.g. Xen Dom0 support, it is required that we can guarantee that memzones for descriptor rings won't cross 2M boundaries. So add new memzone reserve function where we can pass in a boundary condition parameter. Signed-off-by: Bruce Richardson <bruce.richardson@intel.com>
