Yaacov Hazan 083c2dd317 mlx5: refactor special flows handling ... Merge redundant code by adding a static initialization table to manage promiscuous and allmulticast (special) flows. New function priv_rehash_flows() implements the logic to enable/disable relevant flows in one place from any context.
