Nithin Dabilpuram 3c100e0e6b common/cnxk: support per-port RQ in inline device ... Add support for per port RQ in inline device thereby using Aura/Pool attributes from that port specific first RQ. When inline device is used with channel masking, it will fallback to single RQ for all ethdev ports.
