Currently we are wrongly setting HWRM_CFA_L2_SET_RX_MASK_INPUT_MASK_MCAST flag in bnxt_hwrm_cfa_l2_set_rx_mask() which is preventing promiscuous and multicast promiscuous settings from working correctly.
