David Marchand 0c573f39e5 test: remove link to ixgbe/i40e with meson 
The tests do not depend on ixgbe or i40e drivers, just remove this
explicit link that likely comes from a copy/paste from testpmd.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
