Andrew Rybchenko 16e42e91ea net/sfc: support checksum offloads on receive

IPv4 header and TCP/UDP checksums for both IPv4 and IPv6 are supported.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
