Thomas Monjalon 04ed01f1f6 doc: simplify OS support in features matrix
The networking drivers features matrix had rows to show
OS and kernel modules support:
	- BSD nic_uio
	- Linux UIO
	- Linux VFIO
	- Other kdrv
	- Windows

The kernel modules details are removed to keep only OS support:
	- FreeBSD
	- Linux
	- Windows
