Maxime Coquelin 1be4ebb1c4 vhost: support indirect descriptor in mergeable Rx

Windows virtio-net driver uses indirect descriptors with
mergeable buffers.

This patch adds its support, fixing the use of indirect
descriptors with these guests.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
