Rafal Kozik 1d20a073fa bus/pci: reference driver structure before mapping 
Add pointer to driver structure before calling rte_pci_map_device.
It allows to use driver flags for adjusting configuration.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
