Timothy Redaelli f62093e739 test: fix rpath for drivers with meson 
This commit fixes the setting of relative rpath on dpdk-test for
drivers ($libdir/dpdk/pmd-$abiver) to the correct absolute rpath
($prefix$libdir/dpdk/pmd-$abiver).
