Eli Britstein 292be511d2 net/mlx5: support more tunnel types

Accept RTE_FLOW_ITEM_TYPE_GRE, RTE_FLOW_ITEM_TYPE_NVGRE and
RTE_FLOW_ITEM_TYPE_GENEVE as valid tunnel types.
