Mattias Rönnblom 2b7bc6a5b2 event/dsw: add port load measurements ... The DSW event device port now attempts to estimate its load (i.e. how busy it is). This is required for load balancing to work (although load balancing is not included in this patch), and may also be useful for debugging purposes.
