Min Hu (Connor) 32d7dbf269 app/eventdev: fix overflow in lcore list parsing 
Tainted and unvalidated integer 'idx' used as an index, which may
lead to buffer overflow.

This patch fixed it.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
