Rasesh Mody 3423521ba0 net/bnx2x: fix link events polling for SRIOV

We do not need to schedule periodic poll for slowpath link events
for SRIOV. The link events are handled by the PF driver.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
