Cristian Dumitrescu 42605e5651 table: add entry ID for regular tables 
Add support for unique ID for each table entry. The entry ID is
retrieved as part of the table lookup operation and is saved by the
pipeline for later use.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
