Nikolay Nikolaev 44eb792f9f vhost: unify struct VhostUserMsg usage
Do not use the typedef version of struct VhostUserMsg. Also unify the
related parameter name.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
