Matan Azrad 4fb82244b3 app/testpmd: extend event printing

There are new Ethernet device events - NEW and DESTROY, and new option
to register all ports by one call.

Adjust application to aforementioned changes.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
