Yongseok Koh 52056a99c6 net/mlx5: fix SW parser offset

This is to fix the offloads introduced by commits
5f8ba81 net/mlx5: support generic tunnel offloading
5355f44 ethdev: introduce generic IP/UDP tunnel checksum and TSO

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD-3-Clause license for the core libraries
and drivers. The kernel components are GPL-2.0 licensed.
