Yuanhan Liu 5674dad222 examples/vhost: remove unnecessary pseudo checksum calculation ...

For checksum offloading only case, the TCP/IP stack would
have calculated the pseudo checksum. Therefore, we don't
need to re-calculate it again here; remove it.
