This reverts commit d7769c7c08cc08a9d1bc4e40b95524d9697707d9. Existing RSS features rely on experimental Verbs provided by Mellanox OFED. In order to replace this dependency with standard distribution packages, RSS support must be temporarily removed to be re-implemented using a different API. DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
