Deepak Kumar Jain 58a4037046 qat: fix probing 
The class id is not filled and makes probing to fail.
Updated the code to use RTE_PCI_DEVICE which fills
the class id with a wildcard value.

Fixes: 701c8d80c8 ("pci: support class id probing")

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
