Pablo de Lara 5fc74c2e14 hash: check if slot is empty with key index 
Instead of checking if the current and alternative signatures are 0,
it is faster to check if the key index associated to an entry
is 0, meaning that the slot is empty.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
