Dmitry Kozlyuk 6c4bf8f424 buildtools: add Python pmdinfogen ... Using a high-level, interpreted language simplifies maintenance and build process. Furthermore, ELF handling is delegated to pyelftools package. Original logic is kept, the copyright recognizes that.
