Add API to program and manage hardware Multi Port Switch table. MPS holds destination MAC addresses to be matched against incoming packets for further rule processing. Packets not matching any entry in MPS table will be dropped by default, unless the underlying port is in promiscuous mode. DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
