Stephen Hemminger 74343fa77d drivers: remove useless reset of PCI device pointer

Since rte_eth_dev_info_get does memset() on dev_info before
calling device specific code, the explicit assignment of NULL
in all these virtual drivers has no effect.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
