Hiroyuki Mikita 7b3c4f3517 sched: fix releasing enqueued packets 
rte_sched_port_free should release only enqueued packets of all queues.
Previous behavior is that enqueued and already dequeued packets of
only first 4 queues are released.

Fixes: 61383240 ("sched: release enqueued mbufs when freeing port")

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
