Yuanhan Liu 7c12903746 vhost: rename device ops struct

rename "virtio_net_device_ops" to "vhost_device_ops", to not let it
be virtio-net specific.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
