Harry van Haaren 7dbd7a6413 service: add -S corelist option
This commit allows the -S (captial 's') to be used to indicate
a corelist for Services. This is a "nice to have" patch, and does
not modify any of the service core functionality.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
