Fiona Trahe 83b1d3482f app/test: remove crypto queue number hard-coding 
ts_params->conf.nb_queue_pairs should not be hard coded with device
specific number. It should be retrieved from the device info.
Any test which changes it should restore it to orig value.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
