Rasesh Mody 8427c66479 net/qede/base: add attention formatting string 
In case of attention from a signal that's represented by multiple bits
in misc AEU, add the format string which is populated with proper index
and resulting prints will show string as a prefix.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
