Olivier Matz 85cf00791c mem: avoid memzone/mempool/ring name truncation

Check the return value of snprintf to ensure that the name of
the object is not truncated.

By the way, update the test to avoid to trigger an error in
that case.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
