Update the software dependency link because of website shutdown. Netcope Technologies was recently renamed to Magmio and no longer provides packages and support for the FPGA cards and NDK platform. However the project Liberouter@CESNET continues with the maintenance of Network Development Kit and cooperates on the development of high speed network FPGA cards as well. DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux. The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD-3-Clause license for the core libraries and drivers. The kernel components are GPL-2.0 licensed.
