William Tu 6be6690127 net/ixgbe: build on Windows This patch enables building the ixgbe driver for Windows. It also enables its dependencies on security and cryptodev. I tested on AWS using ixgbe VF device, using dpdk-testpmd. Intel® IXGBE driver

This directory contains source code of FreeBSD ixgbe driver of version
not-released-cid-ixgbe.2020.06.09.tar.gz released by the team which develop
basic drivers for any ixgbe NIC. The sub-directory of base/
contains the original source package.
