Didier Pallard 8bd1040a70 crypto/octeontx2: fix out-of-place support

Out of place with linear buffers is supported by octeontx2
while not advertised.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
