This tool was used in the past to execute unit tests with make. Meson has its own list of unit test, and its own way of calling them. Since the switch to meson only builds, there is nothing depending on the script in DPDK itself. No CI seems to call it, time to put it to rest. DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux. The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD-3-Clause license for the core libraries and drivers. The kernel components are GPL-2.0 licensed.
