Yongseok Koh 8fa9c312e1 net/mlx5: fix creation of compressed Rx completion queue 
The size of Rx completion queue should be doubled if compression is enabled
in case of non-vectorized Rx.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
