Viacheslav Ovsiienko 978a0303a3 net/mlx5/linux: fix missed Rx packet stats

There was a typo - the device context was wrongly provided
instead of counter's one for the DevX query operation.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
