File drivers/common/mlx5/mlx5_prm.h includes structs representing data items as defined in PRM document. Some of these structs were copied as-is from kernel file mlx5_ifc.h. As result the structs are not all aligned with the same spacing. This patch removes redundant spaces and new lines from several structs, to align all structs in mlx5_prm.h to the same format.
