Adrien Mazarguil 9980f81dc2 mlx4: use MOFED 3.0 fast verbs interface for Tx operations ... The "raw" post send interface was experimental and has been deprecated. This commit replaces it with a new low level interface that dissociates post and flush (doorbell) operations for improved QP performance. The CQ polling function is updated as well.
