Anoob Joseph 999edb7fc3 doc: update device list for crypto-perf

The supported device list for test-crypto-perf app is
updated with following missing PMDs and sorted alphabetically.
- crypto_cn9k
- crypto_cn10k
- crypto_octeontx
- crypto_octeontx2
