Viacheslav Ovsiienko 9f350504bb net/mlx5: fix ConnectX-4LX minimal inline data limit ... Mellanox ConnectX-4LX NIC in configurations with disabled E-Switch can operate without minimal required inline data into Tx descriptor. There was the hardcoded limit set to 18B in PMD, fixed to be no limit (0B).
