Jasvinder Singh a0d655ee2f app/test: fix packet framework table unit tests

The pipeline object is not freed when a particular test-case of the
unit-test finishes. Using rte_pipeline_free() before returning the
outcome for each test-case fixes the issue.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
