Timothy McDaniel a3c8a44634 event/dlb2: remove useless code

- Remove references of FPGA.
- Do not include dlb2_mbox.h as it is not needed.
- Remove duplicate macros/defines that were
present in both dlb2_priv.h and dlb2_hw_types.h.
Update dlb2_resource.c to include dlb2_priv.h
so that it picks up the macros/defines that
have now been consolidated.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
