For egress packet on representor, the vport ID in transport domain is E-Switch manager vport ID since representor shares resources of E-Switch manager. E-Switch manager vport ID and Tx queue internal device index are used to match representor egress packet. This patch adds flow item port ID match on E-Switch manager.
