Nélio Laranjeiro a6ca35aa74 net/mlx5: force inline for completion function 
This function was supposed to be inlined, but was not because several
functions calls it.  This function should always be inline avoid
external function calls and to optimize code in data-path.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
